This milestone will provide hardware support for the quality upgrade of the Hengshui regional road network and efficient logistics transportation.
This connecting line is a supporting project of the Hengde Expressway renovation and expansion, designed to secondary highway standards with a design speed of 80 km/h and a subgrade width of 12 meters. The works include subgrade filling, asphalt pavement laying, bridge girder erection, and installation of traffic safety facilities. It serves as a key corridor linking the expressway mainline with local roads, playing an important role in facilitating traffic for Qingliangdian Town and surrounding industrial parks.
During construction, the project team focused on the three core tasks of quality, safety, and schedule, addressing challenges such as cross-construction and high-fill subgrade. For special sections, a composite filling process combining retaining walls and foamed lightweight soil was adopted, effectively overcoming construction bottlenecks. Meanwhile, relying on a cloud-based intelligent monitoring system, dynamic supervision of the entire construction process was achieved, strictly adhering to safety and quality baselines.
