The two parties will leverage Anhui Province as the primary industrial base to collaborate on core embodied intelligence technology integration, industrial chain resource coordination, and local ecosystem co-building, exploring the path of embodied intelligence from single-point applications to full-domain synergy.
The strategic agreement was signed by Zhang Chaohui, Founder and Chairman of Youibot Robotics, and Min Yuheng, Founder and CEO of Zero One Robotics, witnessed by relevant government leaders and platform heads at the provincial, municipal, and district levels.

According to the strategic agreement, the collaboration will leverage Youibot's industrial embodied intelligence large model FabriX as the technological foundation and industry expertise, integrating Zero One's self-developed generalized grasping intelligent solution to accelerate the creation of replicable, deployable, and scalable industrial models. FabriX ensures industrial precision while providing scheduling certainty through deterministic prior distillation and constraint-anchored agents, forming a secure foundation for stable operation in real production lines.
Following the partnership, the two sides will drive technological iteration through scenario-based traction, using real-world tasks to refine model evolution, gradually building a closed-loop embodied intelligence application for industrial scenarios. This will complete the full chain of "general-purpose intelligent grasping + industrial embodied intelligence model + industrial-grade precision execution," enabling robots to perform stable operations in more complex and dynamic industrial environments.
