en.Wedoany.com Reported - Galliford Try has held a topping-out ceremony for its 30-33 Sloane Street project in Knightsbridge, London, celebrating the highest point of the building with the final bolt tightening.
Attendees included Lord Cadogan, Chairman of client Cadogan, CEO Hugh Seaborn, as well as key stakeholders and supply chain partners.
Located in one of the world's premier luxury retail districts, the £70 million redevelopment will create a new six-storey mixed-use building with a basement, featuring high-end retail units, Cat A office space, and a rooftop restaurant and terrace. The scheme preserves the historic Tudor Revival-style façade while striving to meet the highest standards of sustainable design and construction.
The project complements Cadogan's recent £46 million public realm improvements to Sloane Street, which created a 1-kilometer green boulevard from Knightsbridge to Sloane Square.
Matthew Pool, Managing Director of Galliford Try Building London and South East Commercial, said that the topping-out of the 30-33 Sloane Street project is a proud moment for the entire project team. The project demonstrates how heritage, sustainability, and modern architecture can be integrated to create an exceptional destination. Galliford Try looks forward to collaborating with Cadogan to deliver this landmark project and focusing on its final completion.
