The Zhejiang Daishan Offshore Wind Power and Computing Power Synergy Demonstration Project, invested by Hailanyun (Zhejiang) Technology Co., Ltd. with 280.821 million yuan, relies on the Daishan offshore wind farm to plan the construction of one 7 MW submarine data center cabin and related supporting facilities, simultaneously configuring electromechanical equipment, shore-based monitoring systems, and submarine communication optical cables. It aims to achieve deep integration of offshore wind turbines and submarine data centers, utilizing surplus power from offshore wind turbines and offshore space resources to create a "wind power + data center" integrated demonstration project. Upon completion, it will provide data storage and computing power support services for the region.
