The institute's logo was officially released on July 23, 2025. The logo features the letter "G," the first letter of the pinyin for "Gui" (Guizhou), as its core element, with a geological hammer standing upright in the center, set against a mountain outline formed by strata, visually reflecting the institute's primary responsibility of being rooted in Guizhou and deeply engaged in geological and mineral exploration and development.
