en.Wedoany.com Reported - Construction equipment manufacturer Develon has delivered the first DX360LC-9 intelligent crawler excavator to Kok Lexmond, a Dutch civil engineering and recycling specialist. This delivery is part of a broader agreement that also includes two additional machines of the same model, scheduled for delivery in the coming months.

Kok Lexmond is a family-owned business with over 45 years of experience, operating four branches in the Netherlands and specializing in civil engineering, road and water construction, and recycling services. The company runs a diverse fleet of approximately 150 to 200 machines and is known for its on-site recycling expertise and ability to support clients from project planning to completion.
The 37-tonne DX360LC-9 intelligent crawler excavator is part of Develon's new Series 9 lineup. The Series 9 introduces an innovative excavator platform based on Full Electronic Hydraulic (FEH) technology and integrated artificial intelligence. The machine is powered by a Develon DX08V engine, delivering 227 kW (304 HP) at 1800 rpm (SAE J1995) and a maximum torque of 1230 kgf/m at 1300 rpm. Its maximum digging depth (standard front) is 7512 mm, and its maximum digging reach (standard front) is 11113 mm.
Kok Lexmond's decision to invest in the new DX360LC-9 machines was driven by performance and efficiency requirements. The company states that the DX360LC-9 offers the best-in-class balance, especially when using breaker attachments, making it an ideal solution for its recycling activities. Kok Lexmond currently operates 17 Develon/Doosan machines, 13 of which are supplied by Develon, and the three DX360LC-9 excavators are now part of the fleet.
One of the key factors in the purchase decision was the support provided by Develon's newly authorized dealer in the southwestern Netherlands, ELM Bouwmachines. ELM Bouwmachines played a crucial role in explaining and demonstrating the advancements of the new Series 9 to the customer. The dealer's recognized aftermarket capabilities, technical expertise, customer-centric approach, and accessibility, combined with a 5-year/7500-hour factory warranty, were instrumental in securing the order.
A Develon spokesperson expressed delight at the delivery of the first DX360LC-9 to Kok Lexmond and pride in seeing the customer commit to purchasing two additional machines of the same model. The spokesperson noted that this investment reflects the customer's confidence in the performance of the new Develon Series 9 and the support provided by ELM Bouwmachines.
Kok Lexmond operates 10 mobile crushers daily, each processing an average of 2000 tonnes of material. By recycling mixed aggregates into certified reusable construction materials, the company continues to contribute to a more sustainable construction industry in the Netherlands and Belgium.
