This general-purpose berth is responsible for the transport of fuel coal, raw coal, and solid bulk cargo. The successful berthing of the first vessel signifies the full opening of the sea-borne raw material transport channel for the Fine Chemical and Raw Material Project, achieving progress in building a stable and efficient global raw material supply system, and laying the foundation for future international operations. At the same time, this is also the first self-owned terminal of the group to be completed and put into use, serving national strategies through key port nodes and injecting momentum into regional industrial upgrading. The commissioning has also enhanced the port service capacity of Panjin City, addressing the shortcomings in bulk cargo transshipment, and promoting transport structure optimization and green, low-carbon transformation through "road-to-water and bulk-to-water" shifts, helping the northeastern hinterland "connect rivers to the sea."
