The vessel, measuring 299 meters in length, is the last of the six ships in the project. Previously delivered vessels include "Greenergy Ocean," "Greenergy Pearl," "Greenergy Star," "Greenergy Moon," and "Greenergy Wind." The "Greenergy Cloud" is equipped with a dual-fuel main engine and features an intelligent control exhaust gas recirculation (iCER) system. The ship adopts GTT's NO.96 Super+ type membrane cargo containment system from France.

China Classification Society was responsible for the drawing approval, construction inspection, and quality control of the entire six-ship project.

The "Greenergy Ocean" and "Greenergy Pearl" received the Green Ship Award from the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore in 2024 and 2025, respectively. Currently, the six vessels operate on routes covering major ports in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa.
