The meeting also reviewed the draft for comments of two standards: "Safety Technical Regulations for Installation and Dismantling of Mast-climbing Work Platforms" and "Construction Process Regulations for Steel Structure Installation without Scaffolding."
Deputy Secretary-General of the Association, Wang Jinxing, Branch President Wang Donghong, and Secretary-General Wang Ping attended the meeting. A review panel composed of seven industry experts, including Liu Shuang from the National Standardization Technical Committee for Elevating Work Platforms, Hu Weicheng from Hunan Zoomlion Intelligent Aerial Work Machinery Co., Ltd., Cai Xiaodong from Sany Aerial Work Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., Deng Haojie from Xuzhou Haolenzhe Special Vehicle Co., Ltd., Fang Yongguo from Shanghai Wanqiang Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., Luo Dan from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, and Gao Junyi from Xi'an Ribo Boat Service Co., Ltd., conducted the review. Representatives from over 30 participating units, including Xuzhou Fire Safety Equipment Co., Ltd., Beijing Kaibo Window Cleaning Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., Wuxi Ruijide Machinery Co., Ltd., Hunan Sinoboom Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Aichi Engineering Vehicle Co., Ltd., attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wang Ping, and Deng Haojie was elected as the leader of the review expert panel.
During the meeting, Wang Jinxing and Wang Donghong delivered speeches on the application of group standards, industry development trends, national policy directions, and standard compilation and review work. The review panel listened to reports on standard compilation work from the three lead units—Xuzhou Fire Safety Equipment Co., Ltd., Beijing Kaibo Window Cleaning Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., and Wuxi Ruijide Machinery Co., Ltd.—and conducted a clause-by-clause review of the three draft standards for approval: "Scrapping Conditions for Main Components of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms," "Scrapping Conditions for Main Components of Window Cleaning Machines," and "Scrapping Conditions for Main Components of Suspended Access Equipment for High-altitude Operations." The panel unanimously agreed to pass the review. The panel also reviewed the draft for comments of the two standards "Safety Technical Regulations for Installation and Dismantling of Mast-climbing Work Platforms" and "Construction Process Regulations for Steel Structure Installation without Scaffolding," and provided modification suggestions and recommendations.
In the next step, the compilation groups for the three scrapping standards will revise and improve the draft for approval based on expert review comments, and promptly form a submission draft for approval. For the two standards "Safety Technical Regulations for Installation and Dismantling of Mast-climbing Work Platforms" and "Construction Process Regulations for Steel Structure Installation without Scaffolding," the compilation groups will further modify the draft for comments based on meeting opinions, widely solicit feedback from the industry, and proceed with subsequent work according to procedures.
