en.Wedoany.com Reported - Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT) announced a two-year managed services contract valued at $3.4 million with a major mobile operator in Mexico to support a large multi-vendor network environment comprising approximately 2,290 links, with services based on service level agreements.

This contract represents Ceragon's second major managed services engagement in Latin America. Previously, Ceragon announced a two-year managed services contract worth $2.7 million with a major mobile operator in Colombia, including remote technical support, on-site assistance, spare parts management, and predictive and preventive maintenance using Ceragon's network digital twin. Both contracts reflect the continued recognition of Ceragon's managed services capabilities in the Latin American market and reinforce the company's position as a long-term partner for large multinational operator groups.

Under the new contract, Ceragon will provide 24/7/365 technical support, corrective maintenance, emergency response, remote and on-site assistance, spare parts inventory management, logistics, repair coordination, and local refurbishment services in Mexico. The scope of services also includes monthly reporting on availability, progress, brand types, and work order types. The contract aims to centralize and streamline operations by consolidating multiple service arrangements into a single contract, improving process efficiency, response times, inventory visibility, and repair cycles. Ceragon will also support coordination management between operations and implementation teams, helping the operator optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.

Doron Arazi, CEO of Ceragon, stated that this contract once again demonstrates that leading operators trust Ceragon to support complex multi-vendor networks at scale. Following the Colombian contract, this agreement further highlights the trust and continuity the company is building with a major multinational operator group in Latin America. The team remains focused on helping customers simplify operations, improve resilience, and deliver reliable connectivity to their users.

This contract strengthens Ceragon's managed services footprint in Latin America, reflecting the growing market demand for an operational model that combines technical expertise, rapid response, spare parts management, and cost-effective support for mission-critical network infrastructure.
