en.Wedoany.com Reported - Dimension Network France, Schneider Electric and its subsidiary Motivair have completed the delivery of an artificial intelligence infrastructure solution worth over €253 million to TeraWulf's Lake Mariner data center campus in Barker, New York, which is currently undergoing a large-scale expansion.

In the United States, "time to power" has become a critical constraint for AI growth. This project demonstrates how the integration of energy, cooling, and digital intelligence can activate new capacity at the speed required by the AI era. Once fully built, Lake Mariner is expected to support up to 750 MW of power demand, transforming an existing industrial site and current power infrastructure into a next-generation digital infrastructure campus. The campus integrates Motivair's liquid cooling solutions and Schneider Electric's integrated energy infrastructure to support high-performance computing (HPC), cloud, and AI workloads. The collaboration integrates specialized design, engineering expertise, advanced energy systems, innovative cooling solutions, software, and support services, enabling TeraWulf to address the growing demand for AI-oriented data centers while improving energy efficiency and operational performance.

The Lake Mariner campus strategically combines competitive and reliable energy access with scalable infrastructure. The facility has long-term lease agreements with key customers Core42 and Fluidstack, a Google-backed company. The campus is powered by the New York regional grid, with approximately 89% of electricity coming from carbon-free energy sources, and has additional power capacity to meet customers' high-performance computing and AI needs.

Sean Farrell, Chief Operating Officer of TeraWulf, stated that the company's strategic focus is on providing scalable and energy-efficient infrastructure to support the growing intensity of AI and HPC workloads. By collaborating with industry leaders such as Schneider Electric and Motivair, TeraWulf is accelerating the development of AI-ready capabilities at the Lake Mariner facility while strengthening the robust operational foundation necessary to respond to customers' long-term needs.

The project required Schneider Electric and Motivair to complete tasks within very tight construction and operational timelines, with TeraWulf aiming to transform the site into a series of specially designed AI data centers within 12 months. TeraWulf also required technical design and engineering consulting to deploy Schneider Electric's Galaxy VX UPS, Galaxy lithium-ion battery systems, Motivair coolant distribution units (CDUs), in-rack manifolds, and ChilledDoors, as well as NetShelter cabinets and racks. Additionally, Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure IT Data Center Expert software solution was integrated for advanced monitoring and digital intelligence, while Motivair's customer services were adopted to predict risks, minimize disruptions, and maximize cooling investments.

Manish Kumar, Executive Vice President of Secure Power & Data Centers at Schneider Electric, stated that as AI infrastructure demand accelerates, "time to power" has become a critical constraint for development. Operators need partners capable of integrating advanced infrastructure, services, and energy technology expertise to support large-scale, high-speed AI data center deployments. The collaboration with TeraWulf establishes a strategic model that integrates on-site energy, AI-driven automation, advanced liquid cooling, and digital intelligence within an existing industrial site.
