The project's engineering team considered relying on the existing building structure an unnecessary risk due to uncertainties in its load-bearing capacity. To this end, Texem Emeléstechnika solved the problem by designing and manufacturing a custom steel frame to support the crane, without compromising the integrity of the decades-old building.
