It covers a total land area of 16,000 square meters, with a total gross floor area of 225,000 square meters and a building height of 196 meters, comprising two towers and a podium commercial building. The project is near the Singapore checkpoint and, upon completion, will provide a high-end and comfortable residential environment for residents of both Johor and Singapore.

The project team promotes the coordinated advancement of project management, engineering construction, technological innovation, local collaboration, and cross-cultural integration, ensuring high-quality performance through high-standard management. The project has received awards including the Third Prize for Excellent Cases in the National Leading Labor and Skills Competition for CSCEC's "Belt and Road" Overseas Construction Projects, the First Prize for Excellent Cases in CSCEC 8th Bureau's "One Innovation, Two Top Performances" initiative, and recognition as the CSCEC 8th Bureau "Quarterly Chain-Driven Pioneer" project team.

The Lido Bay Project team in Malaysia has a high proportion of newly deployed overseas personnel, facing challenges from differences between British standards, Malaysian standards, and domestic norms, as well as language barriers. The core team members led by example, studying during the day on-site and focusing on tackling issues at night. After three months of intensive learning, all key members became capable of independently liaising with the client and consultant teams, overcoming the two major hurdles of language and standards.

The project is a full-discipline EPC project, with autonomous management across the entire chain of design, procurement, and construction. The project team broke down tasks by discipline and advanced collaboratively, systematically reviewing overseas design standards and discipline interfaces for each specialty, achieving deep integration of design, procurement, and construction.

The project regularly organizes competitive activities such as labor competitions, safety skills contests, and quality evaluations. Core team members have received over 10 honors at or above the company level, with three individuals growing into independent overseas project management leaders.
The project site features a backfilled sand layer geology, making it highly prone to hole collapse during rotary drilling operations. The technical team worked on adjusting stabilizing fluids, optimizing drilling speed, designing dewatering plans, and improving pile extraction techniques. Through repeated trials, they adjusted the mud ratio, optimized drilling speed, and improved the casing process. The first engineering pile was successfully drilled and poured, completing all piling tasks within the specified construction period.

During the transfer floor construction phase, the height of locally super-high support scaffolding reached 40 meters, the transfer floor thickness was 2.5 meters, and the single pour thickness of mass concrete was 1.8 meters. The technical team tackled challenges around support system design, concrete mix optimization, pouring plan formulation, and temperature control measures, successfully completing the transfer floor construction.
The sales office showroom had a tight schedule, with design drawings being adjusted simultaneously, and main materials needing to be sourced from China. The core project team drove weekly to Kuala Lumpur for face-to-face meetings with the client, completing tasks such as technical solutions, material selection, cost optimization, and standard adjustments. The team built the showroom and summarized a set of overseas EPC construction experiences, which have been promoted to other overseas EPC projects within the company.

The project team benchmarks international safety standards, establishing a safety responsibility system covering all positions and processes. During inspections, local Malaysian officials noted that the project site's safety and civilized construction management has become a regional benchmark.

The project hosted local safety and quality observation activities, attracting representatives from Malaysia's construction industry authorities and multiple peer companies. The event showcased main structure construction techniques, quality control processes, and safety and civilized construction standards.


The project regularly conducts thematic learning activities, including English oral training, interpretation of local laws and regulations, and professional technical lectures, implementing a "mentor-apprentice" system. The project has cumulatively trained and provided over 10 overseas management personnel.
