On November 22, 2021, Limin Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Limin Chemical, signed the first "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Syngenta Shanghai and Sunkey Biochemical, stipulating a ten-year cooperation period with the agreement to be renewed every five years. This renewal is a scheduled progression within the framework of the initial agreement and signifies a further long-term and institutionalized deepening of the tripartite cooperation.
Over the past five years, the three parties have established a development structure with clear division of labor and efficient synergy. Limin holds all intellectual property rights for the "Daisen" trademark, core production processes, and pesticide registration, leveraging its R&D strength in mancozeb, integrated production capacity, and quality control system to ensure product quality and supply security; Syngenta Shanghai, with its nationwide channel network and agricultural technical service capabilities, exclusively operates "Jin Daisen," focusing on the high-end economic crop disease market; Sunkey Biochemical, using the "Lü Daisen" and "You Sheng" product lines as a lever, deeply cultivates the county-level sinking market. The tripartite collaboration has driven the brand's localization transformation and upgrade.
According to the new agreement, Limin authorizes Syngenta Shanghai to exclusively distribute "Jin Daisen" products in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) for five years, using the "Daisen®" and "M-45®" trademarks for promotion and sales; it authorizes Sunkey Biochemical to exclusively distribute "Lü Daisen" and "You Sheng" products in the same region for five years, using the "Daisen®," "DITHANE®," "M-45®," and "You Sheng®," "DITHANE®" trademarks, respectively.
Following the renewal, the three parties will upgrade their multi-dimensional synergy mechanism based on sub-brand exclusive operations, deepening collaboration around technical exchanges, resource sharing, and business expansion.
