The two technologies approved this time each have distinct focuses while complementing one another, delivering comprehensive optimization and upgrades to the slurry sampling production process. Among them, the "Automatic Sampling Device for Direct-Current Slurry" innovatively adopts a dual-cylinder linked control structure, paired with a timer and a PLC intelligent control system, enabling precise setting of sampling intervals and durations for fully automated continuous sampling operations. This effectively prevents data invalidation caused by sample loss or contamination, significantly improves sampling efficiency, and ensures the continuity and accuracy of sampling data.

The "Box-Type Slurry Splitting and Sampling Device" features an integrated box-type structural design, incorporating a splitting and collection box, an intelligent drive mechanism, and a wear-resistant protective structure. It completes micro-splitting sampling through the natural inertia of slurry flow without manual intervention.
