Eddie Precision's Thailand Phase II Project Enters Equipment Commissioning, Production to Begin in November

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 11, Eddie Precision stated at its 2026 semi-annual results briefing that the company's Thailand factory Phase II project has now entered the equipment commissioning stage and is expected to officially begin production in November 2026. Phase II is planned to produce 80,000 hydraulic components annually, and upon reaching full capacity, it is expected to achieve total annual output value of 600 million yuan, with products mainly targeting the U.S., Indian, and Southeast Asian markets. The company expects capacity utilization to remain at a relatively high level after the project is put into production.

Phase I of Eddie Precision's Thailand factory was put into production in October 2025, with a planned annual output of 30,000 hydraulic attachments and an expected total annual output value of 400 million yuan upon reaching full capacity. The company's 2026 semi-annual report shows that Phase I currently has sufficient order reserves and has entered the capacity release stage. Phase II is responsible for hydraulic component production, forming a different product configuration from Phase I's hydraulic attachment business.

The construction timetable for the Phase II project has been adjusted continuously this year. The company's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting materials had expected Phase II to be ready for production by the end of June 2026, and the 2026 semi-annual report subsequently adjusted the milestone to being ready for production by the end of August; the latest disclosure on September 11 shows that equipment has now entered the commissioning stage, and the official production time has been further specified as November.

The Thailand base is an important production node in Eddie Precision's overseas manufacturing layout. In the first half of 2026, the company's overseas business achieved revenue of 388 million yuan, accounting for 17.46% of main business revenue; hydraulic products have already been supplied in batches to several leading overseas construction machinery customers, among which one overseas customer has become the company's largest overseas customer. Thailand Phase I and Phase II projects are respectively responsible for hydraulic attachment and hydraulic component production, used to support the company's overseas customer orders.

In addition to the Thailand base, Eddie Precision has also acquired a German factory as its European business base and is advancing the construction of dealer networks in South Korea, the Middle East, and other regions. After Thailand Phase II is put into production, the company's overseas manufacturing system will add 80,000 units/year of hydraulic component production capacity.
