The main works are being carried out by McLaren Construction under a construction contract valued at approximately GBP 229 million, with completion planned for 2029. This approval covers 5 building safety applications, covering the fire safety and structural safety design of all 5 buildings in Phase 2.

Ebury Bridge Estate is located in the Knightsbridge and Belgravia areas of London. The project is led by Westminster City Council and involves the reconstruction of the original residential area built in the 1930s in three phases. The overall plan includes 781 homes, along with interconnected public squares, commercial retail space, and community facilities. The related contract responsibility adjustment decision was made public on October 13.
Phase 1 of Ebury Bridge Estate was built by Bouygues and completed at the end of 2024, delivering 224 homes. After Phase 2 is completed in 2029, the overall project will continue with Phase 3 housing and supporting facilities construction.
