Wedoany.com Report-Nov. 10, LS Electric Co., a South Korean electric equipment manufacturer, announced on Monday that it has secured a $91.9 million order to supply high- and low-voltage power distribution systems and transformers for a large-scale artificial intelligence (AI) data center in the United States.

Under the contract, LS Electric will provide the full range of power distribution systems and transformers for electrical and data center machinery rooms within server rooms dedicated to AI machine learning. Delivery and installation are scheduled to be completed by April 2026. The project is part of a broader power equipment supply initiative for an AI data center currently under construction in Tennessee. The company did not disclose the name of the U.S. client.

This latest order follows a previous 310 billion-won ($213.2 million) contract signed last year with the same client. LS Electric said the deal enables it to supply all essential power equipment, from low- to high-voltage, for a hyperscale data center in the United States, which is a key hub for global AI investment.
