Wedoany.com Report-Dec.29, Ceigall Infra Projects, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ceigall India, has recently received a Letter of Award from the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation (MPRDC). The project involves the construction of a four-lane, access-controlled Greenfield highway and the development of service roads between Indore and Ujjain, to be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).

The awarded highway project spans a total length of 48.10 kilometers, starting from the 0 km point near Pitrapawat and ending at the 48.10 km point. It also includes a 2.600 km Simhastha Bypass section. The project cost is valued at ₹10,890 million (₹1,089 crores), with a construction period of 24 months from the date of award. As per the project plan, Ceigall Infra Projects must strictly adhere to the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) guidelines to advance the highway infrastructure development.
The implementation of this highway project is expected to play a significant role in alleviating regional traffic congestion while substantially improving connectivity to major economic and religious centers in Madhya Pradesh.
