DigitalBridge is a U.S. asset management company specializing in investments in digital infrastructure. The company states that its business spans all areas of the digital ecosystem, including cell towers, data centers, fiber optics, small cells, and edge infrastructure.

Informed sources indicate that SoftBank is discussing a potential deal to acquire the New York-listed DigitalBridge and take it private. It is said that an agreement could be reached as soon as the next few weeks, but discussions are ongoing and there is no guarantee that a deal will be finalized.
