Modis Navnirman Limited has successfully secured the development rights for the redevelopment project of the BOI Staff Sheetal Cooperative Housing Society located in Borivali, Mumbai. The society had previously completed the 79A process, laying a solid foundation for the project's advancement.
This redevelopment project covers an area of approximately 3,924.91 square meters and is estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around INR 250 Crore. The society's completion of the 79A process, which strictly adhered to all applicable laws and regulations, serves as a crucial milestone in the redevelopment journey. Subsequently, all members of the society unanimously decided to appoint Modis Navnirman Limited as the developer, fully demonstrating the society's trust in the company's execution capabilities, transparency, and track record in past redevelopment projects.
This appointment further strengthens Modis Navnirman's expanding portfolio of redevelopment projects in Mumbai, particularly in established suburban micro-markets like Borivali West. The project aligns with the company's strategic direction of transforming old housing societies into future-ready residential projects, with a strong emphasis on transparency, timely delivery, and creating sustainable value for all stakeholders.
