Recently, Crest Ventures has reached a cooperation agreement with Vensco Group to jointly develop a comprehensive residential area named Crest Golfshire in the Chembur district of Mumbai, India. The project will be located on Chembur Golf Course Road, adjacent to the Mumbai Presidency Golf Course, and aims to create a golf-themed residential community.
The residential area covers approximately 2.7 acres, with a total development value estimated at around 185 billion rupees. The project plans to offer nearly 500,000 square feet of saleable area, with residential units mainly consisting of three-bedroom and four-bedroom layouts. The overall design and layout of the residential area draw inspiration from relevant traditional concepts. It has already been registered with the local real estate regulatory authority, and construction has now commenced.
The planned residential area's amenities include a gym, clubhouse, landscaped gardens, and children's play areas, aiming to create a low-density living environment integrated with nature. Crest anticipates that the project will benefit from the transformation brought by Mumbai's infrastructure development, including improved metro connectivity, the Eastern Freeway, SCLR, and enhanced accessibility to Navi Mumbai.
