Recently, the first batch of 28 homes has been delivered at the "Three Oaks" large-scale residential development in Newport, Isle of Wight, UK. This project aims to provide affordable housing for local residents and is being advanced through a collaboration between Sovereign Network Group, Captiva Homes, and the Isle of Wight Council.

This major development is planned to provide a total of 145 affordable homes, comprising 87 social rented homes and 58 shared ownership homes, making it one of the largest projects of its kind on the island in recent years. SNG will own and manage the homes, Captiva Homes is responsible for construction, and the Isle of Wight Council provides guidance to ensure they meet local needs. According to a legally binding agreement, all social rented homes will be allocated exclusively to residents on the Isle of Wight housing waiting list.

The project includes a variety of property types, including specialist homes for larger families, aiming to help families living in temporary accommodation move into permanent housing. These newly built affordable homes are constructed to specific sustainability standards, achieving over 75% carbon reduction and complying with relevant energy efficiency standards. The project is seen as an example of a collaborative model in meeting local housing needs.
