en.Wedoany.com Report, On March 20, CABR Technology Innovation (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. – the Greater Bay Area Headquarters of China Academy of Building Research (CABR) held a launch event in Shenzhen. Leaders from the Information Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province, and the People's Government of Nanshan District, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, national engineering survey and design masters, experts and scholars from the construction industry in Hong Kong and Macao, industry partners, Xu Jiefeng, Party Secretary and Chairman of CABR, Fan Jinlong, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager, Wang Yang, Deputy Party Secretary, Sun Jianchao, Deputy General Manager, and Feng Chao, General Manager of CABR Technology Innovation (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., attended the event.

In his speech, Xu Jiefeng stated that the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a major national regional development strategy, and Shenzhen is the core engine for the construction of the Greater Bay Area. By comprehensively summarizing 45 years of service achievements in the Greater Bay Area and establishing its headquarters there in Shenzhen, CABR is not only taking proactive action to serve the national strategy and bravely shoulder the mission of a central state-owned enterprise, but also embarking on a new journey to integrate high-quality resources, upgrade the Bay Area service system, and deepen its strategic layout. This marks a brand new stage for CABR's service in the Greater Bay Area construction. Xu Jiefeng pointed out that CABR will take the launch of its Greater Bay Area Headquarters as an opportunity to fully leverage its comprehensive technological, talent, and platform advantages as a national-level research institution. By taking root in Shenzhen, deeply cultivating the Bay Area, and serving the whole nation, with a focus on urban renewal, "quality housing" construction, green and low-carbon development, digital and intelligent upgrades, and enhancing urban safety and resilience, CABR will unite with all sectors in the Greater Bay Area. Together, they will continue to tackle common industry challenges and key core technologies, actively promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and contribute CABR's wisdom and strength to the implementation of national regional development strategies and the high-quality development of the construction industry.

Academicians Guo Renzhong and Chen Xiangsheng of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, relevant leaders from the Information Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province, and the People's Government of Nanshan District, Shenzhen, together with Chairman Xu Jiefeng and General Manager Fan Jinlong, inaugurated the CABR Greater Bay Area Headquarters.

Academician Guo Renzhong expressed his hopes, stating that smart cities represent the advanced form of future urban development. He hopes that the CABR Greater Bay Area Headquarters can fully utilize its advantages in technology, standards, research, and talent, deeply integrate digital intelligence with construction technology, and provide high-quality services to support Shenzhen in building a demonstration city that is "smart, safe, and resilient."
