en.Wedoany.com Report on Mar 25th, Australian Critical Minerals (ASX:ACM) announced that it will commence drilling at the Flint gold-silver project, located 80 km east of Trujillo, Peru, on March 31, 2026. The company has engaged SFP Drilling SAC, with mobilization to the site scheduled for March 28, to conduct the first systematic test targeting high-impact gold-silver zones and the broader Flint hydrothermal system.

The Flint project is a large hydrothermal system with a strike length of approximately 4 km. According to company analysis, the system contains two separate high-sulfidation epithermal systems separated by a porphyry copper lithocap. The drilling program will focus on areas of exposed hydrothermal alteration on fresh fractured rock to assess its mineral potential.

Executive Chairman Dean de Largie stated: "This project represents the first systematic drill test of the Flint system, targeting both epithermal centers and alteration zones. We anticipate that site preparation will be completed before mobilization to ensure efficient and uninterrupted drilling." The company plans to begin the first phase of diamond drilling on March 31, with ongoing geological mapping and geochemical sampling in the southern area.

Meanwhile, construction of access roads and drill pads at ACM's San Juan porphyry project is nearing completion, and the on-site geology team will conduct further surface mapping and sampling. Australian Critical Minerals is an exploration company focused on gold, silver, copper, and critical minerals in Peru, South America.
