en.Wedoany.com Report on Mar 25th, Pickering Interfaces recently showcased its Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) sensor simulation demonstration and related test solutions in Washington, D.C. The demonstration is installed in an 8-slot Gen3 PXIe full hybrid modular chassis, integrating a PXIe embedded controller, a PXI millivolt thermocouple simulation module, and is paired with thermocouple sensors and a data logger. This solution primarily targets industries with high demands for test accuracy, such as aerospace, to support electronic testing and verification work.

Steven Edwards, Head of Product Management at Pickering, stated: "Equipment used for space requires absolute precision because harsh operating environments mean the smallest discrepancy can lead to catastrophic mission failure. Equipment must operate reliably under extreme temperatures, pressures, and vibrations while seamlessly integrating into complex systems to ensure fault-free operation." He pointed out that test professionals in the aerospace field face unique challenges, demanding that test systems possess reliability, efficiency, repeatability, and scalability.

In addition to the HIL sensor simulation demonstration, the company also showcased several other products, including a compact LXI microwave turnkey demonstration, a 4-slot LXI/USB modular chassis, PXI power relay modules, PXI RTD simulation modules, PXI battery simulation modules, PXI LVDT/RVDT/resolver simulation modules, and PXI millivolt thermocouple simulation modules. Furthermore, reed relays and custom cable assemblies were exhibited on-site. Pickering Interfaces provides a standard three-year warranty and long-term product support for the products it manufactures.
