These will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, with bookings opening at 12:00 PM on March 27, 2026. This affordable housing scheme offers apartments with an area of 49.9 square meters, priced between ₹1.835 million and ₹1.843 million (including a fixed 25% discount, excluding maintenance charges). The DDA notice stated that this move aims to further promote economic accessibility and affordability for the low-income group.

Approximately 381 affordable homes are available in Pocket 6, 389 in Pocket 7, and 1,174 in Pocket 11 of the G7/G8 area in Narela. Buyers will need to pay additional charges at the time of allotment, including a ₹100,000 maintenance fund, 12 months of maintenance charges at ₹1.75 per square foot per month, conversion charges, and water connection charges. The allotment for this affordable housing scheme will be conducted on a first-come-first-served basis through DDA's Awaas portal. Buyers who registered in previous DDA housing schemes are also eligible to book.
This affordable housing scheme was initially launched in January 2026 when DDA offered 1,712 flats in Narela and Siraspur, covering High-Income Group (HIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), Low-Income Group (LIG), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories. This additional offering of 1,944 affordable homes expands the supply, specifically targeting low-income homebuyers in Delhi. All other terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, booking amounts, etc., remain unchanged from those specified in the earlier notice dated January 23, 2026.
