Operated by Tata Semiconductor Assembly and Test Pvt Ltd (TSAT), the factory involves an investment of INR 270 billion. It utilizes advanced packaging technologies such as flip-chip and Integrated System in Package (ISIP), with a target daily production capacity of 48 million chips. Its daily output will supply both domestic and international markets, helping India enhance its competitiveness in the global semiconductor supply chain.
