The product is manufactured using a 55nm Stacked BSI process and is the first 200-megapixel image sensor introduced on SmartSens' domestic high-performance Stacked BSI platform.

The SCC62HS incorporates multiple patented technologies from SmartSens, delivering ultra-high resolution, high dynamic range, low noise, and fast autofocus. In normal lighting environments, it can switch to Sparse PDAF mode, using 6% partial pixel phase detection to ensure accurate focusing while effectively reducing power consumption.
