en.Wedoany.com Reported - On June 10, Chinasoft International disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Chinasoft International Information Technology Co., Ltd., recently entered into high-end AI computing equipment sales agreements with several independent third-party customers. Under the agreements, the Group will supply high-end AI computing equipment and supporting resources to customers, with a total contract value of approximately RMB 1 billion. The relevant equipment will be primarily used in artificial intelligence research and development, high-performance computing, and AI computing infrastructure construction scenarios.

This order comes after Chinasoft International's official entry into the computing business, directly pointing to its strategic move from software services, cloud services, and industry solutions toward the AI infrastructure supply side. The company previously proposed advancing its transformation around a high-value Token operation business model. The signing of the computing equipment sales agreement means it is no longer limited to AI products, AI applications, and industry digital services, but has begun connecting high-end AI servers, computing clusters, supporting resources, and customer-side application needs. For customers, high-end AI computing equipment can be used for model training, inference tasks, high-performance computing, and intelligent computing infrastructure construction; for Chinasoft International, equipment sales can generate substantial revenue and further embed the company into subsequent customer computing operations, model services, industry application development, and AI system integration. If subsequent projects continue to be delivered, the company has the opportunity to extend one-time equipment supply into a continuous business chain of "computing supply—model services—agent applications."

The announcement shows that the total contract value of this agreement is approximately RMB 1 billion, with customers being several independent third parties. The relevant business will revolve around high-end AI computing equipment and supporting resources.

Chinasoft International's core business has historically focused on software development services, industry cloud, HarmonyOS ecosystem, enterprise intelligent platforms, and AI application solutions. With the growth in demand for large model training and inference, enterprise customers' demand for AI infrastructure is shifting from simply renting cloud resources to procuring or building more controllable high-performance computing systems. Intelligent computing centers, industry large models, enterprise agents, and high-performance computing tasks all require underlying hardware resource support, making the boundaries between computing equipment suppliers, system integrators, and software service providers increasingly blurred. Chinasoft International has large enterprise customers, cloud service partners, and industry delivery experience. If it can integrate hardware procurement, computing resource allocation, platform software, industry applications, and operation and maintenance services, its computing business can become a new entry point for undertaking AI infrastructure construction and enterprise intelligent transformation.

This RMB 1 billion agreement will also serve as an observation window for the company's revenue structure. High-end AI computing equipment sales typically involve procurement costs, delivery cycles, supply chain stability, customer acceptance, and subsequent service capabilities. As the business scale expands, the market will also focus on gross profit levels, cash flow arrangements, customer concentration, and sustainable order capabilities. If Chinasoft International wants to make the computing business a long-term growth curve, it needs to continue strengthening computing operations, model services, and industry scenario implementation capabilities beyond equipment supply, enabling AI infrastructure orders to synergize with its existing software service system.
