This solution covers several Geely production bases. The domestically produced industrial robots fully match imported products in terms of cycle time and performance, and are deployed in core workstations such as the main body welding line, lower body line, left and right front door lines, and side panel line. The solution integrates key processes including spot welding, quick-change, gluing, stud welding, SPR, and FDS, establishing a closed-loop automated welding system. It also implements PDPS offline simulation and virtual commissioning, supporting high-cycle mixed-model flexible production for multiple high-end new energy vehicle models.
