The VeriCure curing lamps utilize SLM array design and a patented high-efficiency cooling system to deliver high optical power and dose, meeting the demands for faster process speeds and higher product throughput. The new lamp lengths, together with the existing 1350mm model, form a complete emission width series, offering flexible configuration options for woodworking, medium-density fiberboard processing, flooring, metal coating, and various commercial printing processes.
Marvin Ruffin, Product Manager at Excelitas, stated that the expansion of the VeriCure product portfolio to four new specifications provides customers with the flexibility needed to configure precise process widths. With high-dose performance, advanced LED module control, and a robust construction, this series is designed to meet the rigorous demands of the industrial UV curing market while allowing customers to adapt to process variations.
VeriCure UV LED lamps can reduce energy consumption by up to 60% and eliminate mercury and ozone emissions, complying with global mercury regulations. Their long-term reliable performance, with optional secondary glass assemblies to protect the main window, reduces unplanned downtime and maintenance. The system supports wavelengths of 365nm, 395nm, and 405nm, is compatible with communication protocols such as OmniCure AC series, analog, Modbus TCP/IP, and Phoseon CLIP, features an IP66 protection rating and a T-slot mounting design, facilitating easy integration and maintenance.
Curing uniformity is better than ±10%, with independent control of each LED module within the irradiation area, allowing segmented adjustment in 75mm increments along the lamp length to customize the emission profile for complex or non-planar geometries. Instant on/off functionality eliminates warm-up time, and adjustable output enables power tuning based on application requirements, improving energy efficiency and extending LED lifespan.
