en.Wedoany.com Reported - INOX Air Products (INOXAP) has signed a 15-year contract with Insolation Green Energy (INA Solar), a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Ltd, to supply ultra-high purity nitrogen (UHP) for its 4.5 GW solar cell manufacturing plant being developed in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh.
Under the agreement, INOXAP will supply ultra-high purity nitrogen at a rate of 2,400 Nm³/hour via a dedicated pipeline. The company will invest in building pipeline infrastructure to connect its existing Narmadapuram air separation unit (ASU) with the photovoltaic cell manufacturing plant, ensuring a continuous nitrogen supply.
According to INOXAP, the direct pipeline provides a reliable and consistent flow of high-purity nitrogen, which is critical for maintaining strict quality standards in solar cell production.
Diganta Sarma, Head of Strategy and Business Development at INOX Air Products, stated that through this long-term agreement, INOX Air Products aims to leverage its existing capabilities in Narmadapuram and make significant investments in dedicated pipeline infrastructure to ensure a reliable supply of ultra-high purity nitrogen for advanced solar panel manufacturing.
