en.Wedoany.com Reported - A batch of Shantui CR4100-Z02 concrete mixer trucks has been fully loaded and shipped for export to Egypt, where they will be used for infrastructure construction. This marks another milestone for Shantui in serving countries along the Belt and Road Initiative in the North African market.

Based on its experience in overseas markets, Shantui's R&D team has made targeted optimizations to the mixer trucks to suit Egypt's high-temperature and sandy construction environment. The vehicles can operate continuously and stably in temperatures above 40°C, effectively resist wind and sand intrusion, and meet the high-intensity, continuous construction requirements of the North African region.

This model of mixer truck features a lightweight design, reducing fuel consumption while maintaining load-bearing strength and operational stability. The upper structure uses high-strength steel and is equipped with a patented concave double-curved spiral structure and large-blade mixing device to prevent concrete segregation, with a discharge residual rate of less than 0.3% to minimize material loss. The vehicles can adapt to various engineering needs, including highway infrastructure, urban renovation, and commercial supporting projects.

Egypt, a major economy in Africa and a key node country in the Belt and Road Initiative, has significant potential in its infrastructure market. Shantui has previously deployed concrete batching plant equipment in key projects in Egypt. This bulk shipment of mixer trucks will further enrich its equipment support system in the region.
