en.Wedoany.com Reported - Corteva has announced a partnership with Swedish crop nutrition company Arevo to include the arginine-based soybean seed treatment Arginex Soy in its European seed treatment product portfolio. This decision follows technical evaluations confirming the product's agronomic performance, formulation stability, and compatibility with Corteva's existing systems.
Arginex Soy is a crop nutrition product applied through seeds that stimulates root growth, promotes nodulation, and improves overall soybean performance. According to the two companies, the treatment enhances root hair development, supports nitrogen-fixing bacteria activity, and strengthens the plant's ability to utilize nitrogen and absorb nutrients from early growth stages. The product is now available to European farmers, aiming to help achieve higher yields, greater crop resilience, and more sustainable production practices.

Leonardo Costa, Corteva's Seed Application Technology Lead for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, stated that evaluation results showed Arginex Soy possesses the consistency and formulation stability required to integrate into Corteva's product portfolio, helping farmers improve early crop establishment and nutrient use efficiency. Arevo CEO Niklas Åström added that this partnership validates the technology's effectiveness and its compatibility with established commercial seed platforms.
