en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 4, the Equipment Industry Development Center of China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially released the "2026 Annual List of Typical Innovative Products for Industrial Mother Machines." The FTM1250×6000 large five-axis turn-mill composite machining center, independently developed by Gansu Spark Intelligent CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd., was successfully selected as one of the 147 typical innovative cases of industrial mother machines nationwide.

From July 3 to 4, the 2026 "Industrial Mother Machines +" Hundred Industries, Ten Thousand Enterprises Production-Demand Matching Event was held in Shanghai. The event released the 2026 list of typical innovative products for industrial mother machines and the "Handbook of Innovative Products for Industrial Mother Machines (2026)." The innovative products released this time cover subtractive manufacturing, equal-material manufacturing, and additive manufacturing equipment, gathering 112 enterprises with a total of 147 products, showcasing the supply capacity of high-end industrial mother machines.

The FTM1250×6000 is a product designed by Spark CNC specifically for precision machining of large crankshafts and complex profiles. This machine tool has a maximum machining diameter of φ1250mm, a machining length of 6000mm, a load capacity of 15000kg, and is equipped with a high-power mechanical swing angle turn-mill head and mechanical locking device, enabling rapid switching between turning and milling functions. Based on the concept of "one-time clamping, all-around machining," the equipment integrates functions such as turning, milling, drilling, gear hobbing, and thread machining. It is equipped with the Huazhong CNC HNC-848DII system, and a 40-tool automatic tool changer supports automatic replacement of tools up to 25kg, achieving efficient automated production.

This equipment can achieve five-axis CNC control and five-axis linkage for X, Y, Z, C, and B axes, primarily used for turn-mill composite machining of key components such as large diesel engine crankshafts. With one-time clamping, it can complete rough and finish turning of shaft outer diameters and shoulders, finish machining of end face hole systems, rough and finish milling of cam lobes, and side oil hole machining, providing efficient, precise, and stable machining solutions for fields such as aerospace, military weapons, and shipbuilding.

This selection as a national typical innovative product case is a high recognition of Spark CNC's long-term commitment to independent innovation and overcoming "bottleneck" technologies.
