This collaboration aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Industry 4.0 agenda, introducing scalability, agility, and real-time visibility into YCC's operations. YCC operates one of the largest cement plants, shipping over 10 million tons of cement annually with approximately 220,000 truck movements. This necessitates an integrated platform to handle high-volume logistics and order fulfillment. This operational scale underscores the need to integrate IT and operational technology to maintain continuity and compliance.
Under the Connected Enterprise Services framework, Mastek has re-engineered mission-critical workloads, merging information technology with operational systems to achieve end-to-end automation and transparency. The deployment integrates Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and connects IoT-enabled weighbridges, automated gate systems, GPS-driven transport tracking, and a unified dashboard. This dashboard provides real-time visibility from order creation to delivery completion, with the overall architecture linking shop floor data, logistics telemetry, and enterprise transactions to support collaborative decision-making and exception handling.
The solution aims to enhance efficiency, governance, and customer experience while improving operational agility and scalability.
