The meeting noted that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, China's radio management authorities have continuously improved the level of spectrum resource development and utilization, enhanced electromagnetic space security capabilities, and provided strong support for advancing new industrialization and safeguarding national security and social stability.

Xie Yuansheng, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the meeting and emphasized that the "15th Five-Year Plan" period is a critical stage for laying a solid foundation and making comprehensive efforts. He called for further raising political awareness, strengthening capabilities to prevent and respond to electromagnetic space security risks, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of spectrum resource development and utilization, and deepening international exchanges and cooperation. At the meeting, relevant officials from the Radio Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology interpreted recently issued important policies. Officials from the radio management authorities of Hebei Province, Zhejiang Province, Fujian Province, Hubei Province, and Anhui Province delivered speeches on topics such as empowering industrial development, ensuring electromagnetic space security, and strengthening talent team building.

Officials from the radio management authorities of relevant departments under the State Council, radio management authorities of provinces (autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government), as well as relevant departments and affiliated units of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the meeting.
