Zhongxing Zhilian (Guiyang) Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. was established on December 11, 2025, and is the first micro-nano satellite manufacturing enterprise in Guizhou Province. Its parent company, Zhejiang Zhongxing Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd., was incubated from the Micro-Satellite Research Center of Zhejiang University, with over twenty years of technological accumulation and the capability for full-chain independent R&D and production from components to complete satellites. The company adopts an independent technical route of "primarily using industrial-grade components with an integrated design," breaking its reliance on high-cost aerospace-grade components and reducing satellite costs to one-tenth of traditional products. The Guiyang production base has been fully completed, with an annual production capacity of 20 micro-nano satellites. Currently, 11 satellites are operating stably in orbit, and core products have been applied to over 80 satellites domestically and internationally.

In April 2026, Guizhou Radio, Television, Network and Media Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhejiang Zhongxing Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. The two sides will leverage their respective resource advantages, relying on Guizhou Radio and Television Network's fiber optic backbone network covering the entire province as the ground-based carrier and 700MHz 5G as the air-ground connection link, to carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of smart broadcasting.
