en.Wedoany.com Reported - HyOrc Corporation (OTCQB: HYOR) has achieved significant manufacturing progress on its first commercial modular waste-to-methanol unit for the European market, which will be delivered to Porto, Portugal, with equipment currently in accelerated production at the factory.

Core process vessels, control systems, Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) modules, piping assemblies, and key mechanical components have all entered the manufacturing stage, with project construction proceeding as planned.

The module features a modular, plug-and-play design for rapid deployment. Once operational, the project will process approximately 3 tons of refuse-derived fuel (RDF) per day and produce up to 1 ton of green methanol. This marks the first commercial demonstration of HyOrc's integrated waste-to-energy technology platform, validating the market feasibility of its efficient waste-to-energy solutions.

HyOrc noted that this manufacturing progress aligns with global clean energy market trends. The Financial Times recently reported that customers in the shipping and industrial sectors are increasingly focusing on clean energy solutions that offer both cost-effectiveness and emission reduction benefits, rather than relying on high "green premiums" to drive the energy transition. HyOrc believes this market shift is highly consistent with the company's long-standing commitment to "Affordable Green Energy."

HyOrc CEO Reginald Fubara stated that the company's strategic direction is clear: the energy transition will ultimately be driven by technologies that can both reduce carbon emissions and lower operational costs. Industrial customers need reliable, market-competitive energy solutions that enhance corporate competitiveness while achieving emission reduction targets, and HyOrc has built its technology platform around this demand.

In addition to waste-to-methanol technology, HyOrc has also developed multiple scalable technologies, including waste gasification, hydrogen-compatible power systems, and industrial energy recovery. These solutions can meet the growing energy demands of high-growth sectors such as data centers, railways, mining, and heavy industry.

HyOrc believes that, leveraging advantages in low-cost feedstock, high-efficiency energy conversion, and modular deployment, the company is capable of providing commercial clean energy infrastructure solutions for the global market and is well-positioned to meet increasing market demand.

HyOrc Corporation (OTCQB: HYOR) specializes in the research, development, and commercialization of hydrogen-compatible combustion technologies and waste-to-fuel systems, primarily targeting the shipping, railway, and off-grid power supply sectors.
