en.Wedoany.com Reported - XCMG's 400-ton mining excavators are now operational in multiple mining sites worldwide, including the rainforests of South America, the hinterlands of Africa, and the coal hub of Asia, covering both fuel and electric power types. The equipment adopts a delivery model of batch deployment and continuous reorders, actively participating in the international mining market.
The electric version XE4000E features high efficiency, quiet operation, and zero pollution emissions, with comprehensive usage costs reduced by over 30% compared to traditional equipment. The fuel version XE4000 is equipped with an extra-large bucket capacity and an optimized energy-saving power system, capable of stripping over 40,000 tons of ore per day. The entire series boasts an availability rate exceeding 90%, with a designed service life of 60,000 hours.

In the rainy mining areas of South America, where annual rainfall exceeds 2,000 mm, the XE4000E has operated stably for 17,000 hours, maintaining an availability rate above 90%. At an open-pit coal mine in East Asia, the fuel model, paired with 240-ton mining trucks, has logged 45,000 hours of service, efficiently loading 10,000 tons of raw coal within 8 hours.

XCMG stated that this series of equipment reduces downtime losses with a high availability rate, and its performance indicators have driven reorder rates in overseas markets. The company said it will continue to advance its high-end layout in the mining equipment sector, aiming to lower mining costs and improve operational efficiency.

XCMG's 400-ton mining excavators are now in operation at multiple large-scale mining sites globally, with operational data including 17,000 hours, 45,000 hours, and an availability rate of over 90%.
