en.Wedoany.com Reported - The Regional Energy Entity of Castilla y León (Ente Regional de la Energía de Castilla y León) has issued a tender for the construction of a 100 kW (114.84 kWp) self-consumption solar photovoltaic facility at the San Lorenzo Nursing Home (Residencia de Personas Mayores San Lorenzo) in Segovia.

The tender budget is €191,980, with an estimated execution period of five months, and the bid submission deadline is July 28. The award will be made through an open tender procedure under ordinary rules. The electricity generated will be used solely for self-consumption, with no surplus power fed into the grid.
The project plans to install 198 monocrystalline silicon PERC solar modules, using JA Solar's JAM66D42 model or equivalent, with a rated power of 580 Wp and a peak power of 114,840 Wp. For the inverters, two units of SMA Solar Technology's Sunny Tripower CORE1 STP 50-40 model or equivalent, from Germany, will be used, with a total rated power of 100 kW. The expected annual electricity generation is 187,501 kWh.
The photovoltaic system consists of three arrays, each composed of several parallel branches, with each branch connecting 14 or 16 modules in series. Arrays 1 and 2 are both installed on ground-mounted racks, each with five parallel branches connected to a 50 kW inverter. Array 3 is installed on a wall-mounted rack, with three parallel branches connected to both inverters simultaneously.
The project may receive funding from the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) program, but currently, there is no direct funding from the European Union.
