The train, fully loaded with 35 40-foot high-cube containers of roll paper, departed from Xiamen Qianchang Railway Freight Yard and arrived directly at Xinxiang, Henan, establishing a stable transportation channel for the paper product industry chain connecting Fujian and Henan provinces.
The paper industry raw materials involve large volumes and high value, with stringent requirements for moisture and impact protection. Traditional road transportation incurs high costs and significant cargo damage risks, while sea freight faces challenges of time volatility. To bridge upstream and downstream nodes, the Southeast Regional Company and China Railway Container Transport Nanchang Branch formed a dedicated team, deeply engaged with enterprises in Fujian and Henan, and tailored a "factory-rail trunk-plant" integrated door-to-door full logistics solution. During execution, staff were stationed on-site to oversee key processes such as empty container allocation, loading and securing, and train marshaling, supported by a "five priorities" guarantee mechanism covering the entire chain from factory truck collection, trunk line direct delivery, to end distribution in Xinxiang, achieving "one-time entrustment, single invoice settlement, and full visibility."
This special train fully leverages the advantages of railway transportation—large capacity, low cost, and low carbon emissions—effectively balancing enterprises' comprehensive logistics costs and aligning with the "road-to-rail" green logistics development direction.
