en.Wedoany.com Reported - Komatsu has launched the PC395LC-11M0 hybrid excavator, achieving a balance between fuel economy and operational efficiency through energy recovery technology. This model does not require an external power source for charging; its hybrid system converts kinetic energy into electrical energy during swing braking, which is then released during acceleration or heavy-load digging to assist in improving operational efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.

The PC395LC-11M0 is equipped with a Komatsu original imported engine, and combined with the hybrid system, the total output power reaches 235 kW. The machine features an intelligent cooling fan that reduces speed in low temperatures to save fuel and increases airflow in high temperatures to prevent engine overheating. The working equipment uses an overall annealing process to enhance structural toughness, and the bucket is equipped with new side retention teeth that can be replaced by a single person. The undercarriage, swing platform, and track rollers are all reinforced, and the double-grouser track shoes feature chamfered edges to improve steering flexibility.

Daily maintenance components for this model are concentrated on the engine side for easy access. The machine comes standard with a 360-degree camera system, and the cab features a large ROPS structure. Inside the cab, a 7-inch color monitor is installed, which adds a hybrid temperature display interface compared to Komatsu's conventional 30-ton class equipment. The mode switch adopts an icon-based design to help operators monitor the machine's operating status.

The hybrid technology of the PC395LC-11M0 aims to reduce fuel consumption through energy recovery and auxiliary output while maintaining power output in scenarios such as digging, loading, and climbing. In high-altitude environments, this model does not exhibit the power degradation issues commonly seen in traditional diesel engines.
