The XE1350G Pro is an upgraded model of XCMG's classic mining excavator. In actual operating conditions at an open-pit coal mine, it achieves a fuel consumption of 70-80 liters per hour, with a minimum per-cubic-meter fuel consumption of 0.13 liters, representing a 20% to 30% energy savings compared to competing models of the same tonnage. Each unit can reduce annual operating costs for customers by over 500,000 RMB. The excavator comes standard with an 8-cubic-meter high-capacity rock bucket, achieving a daily loading volume of 15,000 to 16,000 cubic meters, and can load a 100-ton mining truck in just 2.5 minutes.

XCMG's XGE136 pure electric wide-body dump truck features a box-type welded frame and is equipped with a third-generation long-life power battery with a cycle life of 4,500 cycles. The vehicle incorporates a dual five-in-one electronic control architecture and reserves interfaces for autonomous driving upgrades, with the electric drive system's operational stability improved by 80% compared to traditional models. In field tests in the northwestern mining area, the equipment's availability rate remained stable at over 97%, and transport efficiency increased by 20% compared to similar models. The vehicle is equipped with a multi-stage energy recovery system, achieving over 75% energy recovery efficiency during downhill operations. Each unit can reduce diesel consumption by 240,000 liters annually, cutting carbon emissions by 600 tons.

The two equipment models form a complete excavation and haulage solution. By matching the excavator bucket capacity with the dump truck cargo box volume, the loading operation rhythm is optimized, ensuring seamless integration of the excavation, loading, and transport processes.
