As enterprise AI deployment shifts from pilot projects to actual operations, the standards for AI-supporting infrastructure are changing. A stable AI inference environment requires not only computing resources like GPUs but also a data infrastructure capable of rapidly processing and analyzing large-scale data while ensuring security. The importance of a disaster recovery system that maintains service continuity during unexpected failures is increasingly prominent.

This collaboration aims to address the aforementioned challenges in operating enterprise-level AI services. The two parties plan to integrate Okestro's AI infrastructure with NetApp's data infrastructure into a single architecture. Okestro's full-stack software technology for AI infrastructure will be combined with NetApp's data orchestration and enterprise-grade disaster recovery capabilities to accelerate data pipelines and jointly develop an integrated architecture optimized for AI inference service operations.

Specific initiatives include: jointly developing an integrated AI and data infrastructure ecosystem based on the NetApp Technology Alliance Program; verifying the integration and elasticity of GPU-accelerated AI inference, large-scale data pipelines, and high-performance storage; establishing an Active-Active disaster recovery reference architecture and operational model for enterprise AI and cloud deployments; and formulating a joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy targeting domestic and international markets.

Through this collaboration, the two parties plan to build a data infrastructure environment optimized for AI inference service operations and support the construction of an Active-Active-based disaster recovery environment to strengthen customer business continuity and data stability.

Okestro CEO Kim Beom-jae (김범재) stated that as AI spreads to actual industries, enterprises face the challenge of simultaneously ensuring AI inference performance, data stability, and service continuity. This collaboration will combine Okestro's AI infrastructure software technology with NetApp's data infrastructure capabilities to provide enterprise customers with an integrated architecture for stably operating AI services.

Korea NetApp CEO Yoo Jae-sung (유재성) added that the collaboration reflects NetApp's commitment to supporting enterprise AI expansion. It will help enterprises achieve AI expansion by supporting high-performance AI workloads, ensuring immediate access to governed and secure data, and providing intelligent data infrastructure that offers operational stability and data protection.

Additionally, in May of this year, Okestro secured orders for the first and second phases of the "2026 Cloud Native Detailed Design" project, which involves core design consulting for seven institutions, targeting core services requiring large-scale traffic processing and high levels of stability.
