The Jangchi Depot Verticalization Project involves transforming the Jangchi Bus Depot in Songpa-gu, Seoul, into a public complex space integrating residential, transportation, and lifestyle sports facilities. While maintaining the function of the bus depot, the project will also develop public housing and resident convenience facilities to maximize the utilization of limited urban space. The project covers a total site area of 139,975 square meters and will feature two buildings with a total of 658 residential units, ranging from two basement levels to 25 floors above ground, along with a bus depot, lifestyle sports facilities, and neighborhood living facilities. Lifestyle sports facilities such as a swimming pool and gymnasium will be located from the first basement level to the fourth floor. The bus depot and offices will be situated on the first to third floors, while commercial spaces and community welfare facilities will be built on the third to fifth floors. Residential units will occupy the sixth to 25th floors, creating a vertical complex that combines living and public functions.
