Following the acquisition, the company will continue developing the Jaguar Energy Center and pursue additional opportunities to meet the growing electricity demand in the United States.
Cay Freihofer, Co-Managing Partner at FIC, stated that Perfect Power represents exactly the kind of opportunity FIC was established to pursue—a contracted, in-service infrastructure asset with a clear and value-accretive growth pipeline, located in one of the most attractive power markets in the U.S. He also noted that the Perfect Power team has demonstrated the ability to develop and operate large-scale projects, and FIC is pleased to partner with them.
Tony Maselli, CEO of Perfect Power, said the company looks forward to working with FIC to usher in a new chapter of growth for this experienced team, built on their shared vision of creating a first-class power platform.
Perfect Power focuses on the continuously evolving grid investment landscape in the U.S., leveraging its expertise in power generation, renewable energy, and storage projects to collaborate with local developers, asset owners, and operators in redeveloping and optimizing energy assets.
