“As the world enters an era defined by AI and digital economies, infrastructure is becoming the catalyst for national transformation. At Khazna, we are proud to be building the foundation layer for AI-native nations, combining regional leadership with global ambition,” said Hassan Alnaqbi, CEO of Khazna Data Centers.
“Our expanded capacity roadmap reflects both the urgency and the opportunity ahead, as we partner with governments and enterprises to deliver resilient, sustainable infrastructure purpose-built for the next generation of compute,” he added.
Khazna’s domestic roadmap includes new hyperscale projects in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Ajman, alongside its role in developing Stargate UAE—the next-generation AI infrastructure cluster forming part of the 5-gigawatt UAE–U.S. AI Campus in Abu Dhabi.
Backed by a newly secured financing facility, Khazna aims to accelerate deployments while maintaining strong sustainability and efficiency standards. Its proprietary modular construction methods will allow for faster delivery and reduced environmental impact, cutting embodied carbon, waste, and water use.
All new facilities are being built to LEED Gold standards, featuring energy-efficient cooling systems and high recycled material content. In Italy, the company’s new campus will be powered by Eni’s Blue Power, a low-carbon energy solution, reflecting Khazna’s commitment to aligning with local clean energy ecosystems.
Each Khazna facility contributes around $320 million to GDP and supports over 1,150 jobs, creating a ripple effect across regional economies. To sustain growth, Khazna is launching new training and reskilling programmes to develop data infrastructure talent capable of managing hyperscale operations at global scale.
