Following the Narmada Apartment project in Gomti Nagar, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has once again approved a major residential development plan—the Aishbagh Square Residential Zone. Located in Aishbagh on Mill Road, the project plans to construct four 27-story residential buildings, providing a total of 384 residential units equipped with comprehensive facilities to meet the local residents' demand for high-quality living spaces.
The residential designs at Aishbagh Square primarily feature three-bedroom layouts, each with a study room, covering an area of approximately 1900 square feet, starting at a price of 111 million rupees. LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar has issued specific directives for the project to ensure a standardized and orderly development process. Residential registration commenced on January 29 and will continue until February 28. Applicants are required to submit their materials through the official LDA website. The registration fee is 5% of the estimated housing price, with applicants in reserved categories eligible for a preferential rate of 2.5%. The allocation of residences will be completed through a lottery system.
According to officials, the residential zone is situated in a densely populated area of Lucknow's old city, where the supply of residential land is scarce. The project boasts an excellent location, adjacent to Charbagh Railway Station, the metro station, and key commercial areas such as Nakkhas, Alambagh, and Aminabad, providing residents with a convenient transportation network and rich commercial amenities, further enhancing living convenience.
